Giovanna Chesler - Director and Producer of internationally screened documentary and narrative films. Giovanna is the Primary Cinematographer on Period as well as the film’s Director and Producer. Her most recent work is an online television channel for education and and entertainment about the human papillomavirus called Tune in HPV. Her previous films include: BeauteouS: The Trilogy (16mm, 43 min, © 2000-2002), three portraits of three sisters and their relationships to beauty and hand-some (16mm, 13min, ©2004), an experimental documentary on family and sexuality. Each of the films in BeauteouS: The Trilogy & hand-some have screened at international juried film festivals. Films in the BeauteouS trilogy have enjoyed awards including Best Student Documentary from the Chicago International Film Festival and Regional Finalist for a Student Academy Award in Experimental Filmmaking. Giovanna Chesler is an Assistant Professor in Communication Arts at Marymount Manhattan College teaching courses on film and video production, screenwriting & media theory. She was the Associate Producer and Production Manager of Wild At Start: High Technology Adventures and the American Dream (Dir. Jay Capela, Video, 56 min. © 2002) and she is an experienced videographer and cinematographer who has shot films for Dean Borshay Liem, Monique Moumblow, Mahri Holt and the Discovery Education Network. Giovanna works in communities to build media literacy and video production skills in young women.

Marina Shoupe - Associate Producer: Shoupe is a graduate of UCSD Communication who has directed and co-produced video and audio documentaries, including Juice, Las Abuelas: Latina Grandmothers Explain the World and Other Stories of Faith (co directed with Zeinabu irene Davis) and The Recipe Project. Marina is co-producer and is currently editing Globalization: The Reality Show. Nancy Morita - Additional Cinematography: Director of Photography whose credits include the Emmy Award winning documentary, On Civil Rights and Wrongs: The Fred Korematsu Story, Crumb, and The Coast Redwood: Uncut Stories, winner of a National Educational Film and Video Festival Golden Apple Award, and a Cine Golden Eagle Award.
Kadet Kuhne – Re Recording Mixer: Kuhne received an MFA from Cal Arts and is a digital media artist specializing in sound design for film and video. Recent credits as Supervising Sound Designer include Rise Above: The Tribe 8 Documentary (Tracy Flannigan) and Radical Harmonies (Dee Mossbacher.)

Adriene Hughes – Title Design, Web Design: Hughes received an MFA from Tufts and the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston. She is photographer and graphic artist who has created websites for numerous artists and documentary filmmakers.

Hannah Guggenheim – Composer: Bay Area documentary filmmaker Hannah Guggenheim is a recent San Francisco State University MFA Film Production graduate. She has an extensive background in music production and recording, in addition to experience as a cinematographer and documentary filmmaker. Her latest film entitled: "Benji and Judah" is a 30 minute long collaborative documentary filmed with identical twins Benji and Judah born with spinabifida.
